The funding request form asks for your business name, owner name, phone number, email, business state, time in business, monthly revenue, amount requested and intended use of funding. It also records your agreement to be contacted and that submitting a request is not a commitment. The form does not ask for SSNs, bank account details or documents. Please do not put sensitive information in the free-text field.

How we use it

We use the information to review your request, contact you about it and operate the submission process. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or require you to accept funding.

Sharing and sale

We use Formspree as a form-processing service provider to receive your request and route it to Nextspan Capital. Formspree processes the submitted fields and technical information needed to handle the request. Website hosting and email delivery providers may also process information needed to run these services. This form does not offer your information for sale. Before information is shared with a funding provider for a separate application, you should be told what will be shared and asked for any required permission.

Storage and retention

The form does not save your entries in your browser's local storage. Submitted information may be held in Formspree, the business email and systems used to review requests. Ask us how long your submitted information will be kept. A fixed retention period has not been specified on this website.
